From its experience in purchases, in 2003 Best Western Italy created Besteam, a supply division opened to all the Italian hotels - also to the ones not affiliated to Best Western.
Besteam is the first reality of this kind in Italy and was born thanks to the strength, to the experience and the numbers of Best Western Italy, offering the chance to obtain savings and preferential conditions already negotiated by the hotels of the group.

In fact, Besteam, beyond the price, evaluates suppliers also on a plurality of conditions as quality, assistance, logistics, guaranteeing the best existing tariffs. The constant monitoring of the market, both on the already covered sectors and on the developed ones, allows to assure always competitive conditions.
The Besteam activity includes, at last, the assistance in verifying all the applied conditions and intervening in any eventual dispute concerning with a particular supply.

The Best Western hotels do not pay the adhesion shares for Besteam because they are already included in Best Western adhesion shares and, at the end of the year, will be offered a bonus on purchases for all the Besteam partners.
