If you ask for a Coupon, you will receive it in 60 days.
If you forgot to show your card at check out or your points-airline/partner rewards haven't been posted to your account, please submit a missing points/miles form.
We remind you that point/miles will not be credited if your stay has been booked trough travel agency, web sites or tour operator.
