Terms & Conditions
- The “Pay With Points” rate is reserved for Best Western Rewards® and WorldHotels RewardsSM members.
- It is valid at Best Western hotels in Italy and Malta and is subject to availability of each property.
- It can be booked on bestwestern.it and via the toll-free number 800 177 850.
- It cannot be combined with other discounts or offers available at the time of booking.
- Breakfast is never included in the “Pay With Points” rate. Complimentary breakfast is not available for Elite members.
- To book the “Pay With Points” rate, a minimum of 5,000 Rewards points is required. After selecting the rate, you may choose to increase the number of Rewards points to redeem; the remaining amount to be paid at check-out will automatically update.
- At check-out, the amount in euros indicated at the time of booking must be paid.
- For multi-night stays, points can only be applied to the first night.
- The cancellation policy is available online after selecting the “Pay With Points” rate or can be requested from the toll-free operator.
- If cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, the redeemed points will be credited back to the member's account. If cancellation is made after the deadline, the points will not be refunded and the hotel will charge the no-show amount to the credit card on file.
- The rate includes the standard Rewards points based on the amount paid in euros at check-out.
- Elite members are entitled to a welcome gift of 500 bonus points per stay. Consecutive check-in and check-out on following days count as a single stay.
- Nights booked with this rate contribute toward achieving the next Elite tier.
