Terms and conditions

  • Promotions are reserved for Rewards members worldwide who book hotels listed on this page, with arrival during the indicated periods, unless otherwise specified to limit validity to customers from specific countries.
  • To earn extra points, you must register for the selected hotel's promotion either online, in the Special Offers section or by contacting our toll-free number.
  • For details of each promotion, read the information shown next to the gift icons.
  • Registration for the promotion and enrollment in Best Western Rewards® or WorldHotels RewardsSM must be completed before qualified stays.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or promotions.
  • To receive extra points, you must book a qualifying rate for Rewards points collection exclusively on official BWH websites or through the BWH Reservation Center. A “qualified stay” means any stay booked at a rate eligible for earning points, except stays booked through online travel agencies, tour operators, or at special discounted rates (for more information on eligibility criteria, please refer to the terms and conditions of the Best Western Rewards® or WorldHotels RewardsSM programs).
  • Promotions are not retroactive: stays completed before registration and before enrollment in the Best Western Rewards® or WorldHotels RewardsSM programs will not be considered valid.
