HOW TO BUY OR GIFT A Voucher

  • Buy it online: enter your details and pay by credit card or bank transfer.
  • You will receive your digital voucher by email within one business day.



HOW TO USE a Voucher

  • Choose when and where to stay among the participating Best Western hotels in Italy listed below.
  • To book, call the Best Western Reservation Office at the toll-free number 800 177 850, at least 7 days before the arrival date in the first hotel of the tour, communicating the codes indicated in the voucher.
  • Set off on your Best Western Gourmet Tour and present the voucher to all hotels during check-in (extras are excluded).

Terms and conditions

  • The Voucher can be used only once to book a 5-night tour in the participating hotels in Italy, listed below.
  • The Voucher can be used in one or more partecipanting hotels.
  • Reservation is subject to availability of the individual hotels.
  • The dinners included are associated to the stays: each hotel will offer as many dinners as the nights booked in the same property.
  • Dinner is served in the hotel restaurant or in a partner restaurant, as shown in the list below.
  • The Voucher is valid until 31 December 2024 and, if not used within the expiry date, it cannot be refunded. For promotional activities and special initiatives, the valid expiry date is the one indicated on the voucher.
  • Cancellation of the reservation must take place 7 days before the arrival date in the first hotel of the tour. Otherwise, the Voucher will be cancelled and can no longer be used.
  • The acceptance of the Voucher by the hotels is guaranteed only in the case of a reservation made by toll-free number by mentioning the Voucher codes.
  • Any extras and city taxes provided for some cities are not included in the Voucher: the individual hotels will charge the amount of them upon check-out, according to the provisions of the law.
  • The Voucher cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or damage. Cash cannot be given in exchange for the Voucher. Change cannot be given.
